Located in Albuquerque’s trendy Nob Hill Neighborhood, Aliso II is a 13-unit multifamily building located to the west of the precedent-setting Aliso I Town Homes project. Equiterra was presented with a design challenge to maximize density on an awkwardly shaped, small, sloping site. The increased density follows the goals of the Nob Hill Neighborhood sector plan, while at the same time fostering a greater sense of community for its residents and the neighborhood as a whole. The row house design, with street-side patios, engages pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk and nearby Morningside Park.
