Aliso was the first townhome development built in Albuquerque's trendy Nob Hill Neighborhood in more than a generation. This urban infill project of 20 two-story townhouses blends the clean lines of a 1950’s designed community with contemporary amenities and materials to create the perfect balance of old and new. Limited by a small site, the design maximized usable space within required setbacks and zoning restrictions and still incorporated a spacious internal communal courtyard. This landscaped internalized circulation core fosters a sense of community while utilizing evapotranspiration to create a localized micro-climate that naturally cools the homes. Open floor plans, natural light, private balconies and private internal courtyards make Aliso an exceptional choice for today’s young professionals.
