The building was designed to attract the medical and technical tenants drawn to that area of town. The building’s design was influenced by the modern commercial architecture in the immediate area as well as the greater context of Albuquerque and its Spanish pueblo roots, resulting in a modern interpretation of the traditional pueblo forms. Equiterra also completed the interior tenant improvement designs for the two tenants, the Albuquerque Vein + Laser Institute and the engineering firm AEA PC.
